Each year, Cleveland’s Chamber of Commerce holds a Highway 61 Walking Challenge to encourage health and fitness. Community members sign up for the contest to walk the distance of Highway 61, which is 1,407 miles, in aims of winning great prizes at the end. This year, our chapter was one of many sponsors to support this effort by donating forty Fitbits. The Epsilon Xi Lambda Chapter is a proud member of each Chamber of Commerce in the counties that embodies our area – Bolivar, Coahoma, Sunflower AND Washington.
