A reception was held Sunday, November 15th, to celebrate the 100th birthday of Brother Samuel L. Blackburn at the West End District Clubhouse in Cleveland. While Mr. Blackburn’s actual birthday is Thursday November 19th, a select group of friends and family members threw the surprise get-together for him since another party is scheduled for the actual day
