Our Chapter had its executive board retreat during the Labor Day holiday to prepare for the upcoming 2022-2023 fraternal year. An open dialogue was held on the structure of our Fraternity and Chapter, our history, internal organization, as well as standards and goals. Brothers participated in icebreakers on reciting the Fraternity’s hymn and prayer as well as breaking down the Shield and Coat of Arms.
