Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated develops leaders, promotes brotherhood and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for our communities. That is why our motto – First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All – has become a fraternal brand throughout the world.
It is round four for me as president and with exceedingly great pleasure I want to welcome you to “The Premier” Epsilon Xi Lambda Chapter. Our Chapter was chartered on August 20, 1951, at 8:00 p.m. and is one of the fourteen dedicated alumni chapters situated throughout the State of Mississippi. We have been serving the Mississippi Delta area faithfully for 71 years with outstanding programs such as Go-To-High School, Go-To-College; A Voteless People is a Hopeless People; My Brother’s Keeper; and Project Alpha. Our 3RFs chapter goals are very simple: Reclaim Faith, Revive the Family, and Retain the Fraternity. After being sworn in for the upcoming fraternal year, I will be among some leading, dynamic, and distinguished gentlemen who continue to dedicate themselves to aiding downtrodden humanity in its efforts to achieve higher social, economic, and intellectual status.
Although we are facing one of the most pandemic times of our era, COVID-19, known as the novel Coronavirus, has placed us limited to doing, but has not frozen us to continue our mission.
Therefore, I want to welcome you to explore our Chapter website. We have been actively working within our means to continue to provide updated information regarding our service programs, fundraisers, and other events deemed necessary by our chapter toward growth. I pray that our commitment is to continue to uphold the values on which our dear brotherhood was founded.
